ORDER CHANGES/REVISIONS: For your convenience, orders are expedited once received. Address changes or any changes to your order should be made the same day that it was placed.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS: If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return or cancel your order for a refund of the purchase price, less service fees (if any) and shipping & handling. The full amount and S&H will be credited if your order has not yet been shipped. Please see our FAQ.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY: Please note that contents may shift during transit, which is out of our control. In addition, it is up to the carrier's discretion whether or not to leave your package at the front door when no one is available. Therefore, if you/recipient missed the scheduled delivery date and the product is returned to us, a redelivery fee will apply. In addtion, if you've provided wrong or insufficient address and your package was returned to us, a redelivery fee will apply.

MESSAGES: Containers of KindNotes include 31 messages and envelopes. Please double check your selections to make sure you have the correct amount as we will proceed with the number you have selected. If you've selected over 31, we will randomly omit excessive selections.

HANDWRITING SERVICE: Because we know you can be busy, we offer a handwriting service. Your kindnotes are naturally written by our designated employees, therefore each letter may not be perfect. We do not accept any indecent or sexual-related messages and have the right to omit those messages at our discretion; we are not liable for messages requested to be handwritten.

PRIVACY: We respect the privacy of our customers and will not share, trade, or sell your information to third parties. Your information is is collected by KindNotes™ in order to better serve you and help to build a personalized and satisfying purchasing experience.

When you browse our web site, we may collect information regarding your product selections, contact, and billing information. Information you enter is collected even if you cancel or do not complete an order. We may send occasional email newsletters that are intended to keep you informed of new products, special offers, and special features that are available. If you receive an email and want to be removed from the email list, we provide instructions on how to unsubscribe so that you will not receive any other messages from us in the future.
